Xiang Sha Liu Jun Zi Tang is a modification of the classic Liu Jun Zi Tang (Six Gentlemen Decoction), with the addition of Xiang Fu and Sha Ren. Combines tonification (Ren Shen, Bai Zhu) with qi-regulation (Xiang Fu, Chen Pi) and damp-resolving (Sha Ren, Fu Ling) actions, it is Ideal for chronic digestive issues with mixed Spleen-Stomach Qi deficiency and Qi Stagnation/Dampness. It targets Symptoms like fatigue, bloating, indigestion, epigastric pain, loose stools, nausea. Commonly Used for chronic gastritis, IBS, stress-related digestive disorders
TCM Pattern: Spleen Qi deficiency with phlegm Damp, stomach Qi deficiency, stomach coldness
Formula Principles: Tonifies Qi, strengthens the spleen, harmonizes the stomach, regulates Qi.

Er Chen Tang is from one of the most foundational TCM formulas for phlegm-dampness, first recorded in the Song Dynasty text (Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang).The name âEr Chenâ (äşé, âTwo Agedâ) refers to the use of aged Chen Pi and aged Ban Xia, traditionally stored for years to reduce harshness. The formula is main used for Phlegm-Damp Accumulation especially in the Middle Jiao or Lungs, with Symptoms of Cough with white, sticky sputum; nausea; vomiting; bloating; greasy or sticky tongue coating. It is Common used for Chronic bronchitis, gastritis, vertigo, hyperlipidemia, obesity, or sinusitis with phlegm-damp.
