What is Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan?

Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan, known as Cinnamon & Poria Formula, is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulated by Zhang Zhong Jing in the late Han Dynasty. Traditionally, it was used to relieve gynecological issues including menstrual pain, fibroids, and endometriosis, by promoting healthy blood circulation.

What is the dosage and method for taking Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan?

The generally recommended dosage for Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan is 4.5 g mixed with hot water, 2-3 times per day; or if in capsule form, 4 capsules, 2-3 times per day. However, always follow your healthcare provider's instructions, as the dosage can vary based on your condition and response to treatment.
