How to use the app 1. Create your link: Visit the Resources section of treasureoftheeast.com and complete the Constitution Assessment setup form. 2. Send your unique link to your patient: Your personalized link allows your patient to access and complete the questionnaire before their consultation. 3. Have your patients complete and submit the assessment: The patient must submit their completed questionnaire for their results to be sent to you. 4. Review the results as part of your clinical intake: The patient's responses and constitution results will be sent to the email address you provided. 5.
