What is Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang?
Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang, developed around 1247 CE by Li Dong Yuan, is a traditional Chinese herbal formula. Long revered for its rejuvenating properties, it was primarily utilized to fortify the spleen and stomach, boost Qi (vital energy), and adjust the body's balance to promote general health and healing.
