Comprised of five (5) single herb granules, to mimic the formula Yu Ping Feng San:
- Bai Zhu (Chao) 白术(炒) Atracty 1 bottle
- Fang Feng 防 风 Saposhnikovia 1 bottle
- Huang Qi (Mi) 黄芪(蜜) 3 bottles
Mixing: Mix each bottle together in a large container. Shake well, until evenly distributed. Divide into individual 100 gram bottles.
Recommended dosage: mix 4.5 grams (3 measuring spoons) into hot water as a decoction, twice daily
