What is Juan Bi Tang?

Juan Bi Tang, also known as “remove painful obstruction decoction,” is an herbal Chinese formula best known for its use in cases of rheumatism and discomfort caused by wind, cold, and dampness.

Consisting of eight herbs, Juan Bi Tang is a warming formula that may provide relief through its purported ability to promote circulation and warm the channels.

The generally recommended dosage of Juan Bi Tang in capsule form is four capsules, two to three times daily; or as loose granules, 4.5 g mixed with hot water, 2-3 times per day.
